XXIV CONNEXX Assembly, 19 April 2024

The 24th assembly of CONNEXX, the European network for cross-border debt recovery and international court enforcement, took place in Trieste on 19 April. The meeting was organised by Studio Legale Blasone, CONNEXX’s exclusive partner for Italy, and was attended by all the representatives of the 21 member states.

During the meeting, they updated each other on new legislation in their respective countries and discussed the proposed ratification of the 2019 Hague Convention on the Transnational Enforcement of Legal Titles, scheduled for July 2025.

The partners also presented their proposals on how the use of digital technology and artificial intelligence could be an asset for each other’s professions and for improving collaboration within the network in the near future.
