Massimiliano Blasone at the UNIDROT meeting on Best Practices for Effective Enforcement

March 2023 – Massimiliano Blasone attended the meeting in Rome of the UNIDROIT – International Institute for the Unification of Private Law WG on Best Practices for Effective Enforcement.
He had the opportunity to give a speech on the upcoming guidelines on online judicial auctions prepared by European Commission for the efficiency of justice (CEPEJ).
